Dan Eggert has been photographing the Door Peninsula of WI. Located on the "Thumb" of Wisconsin for the past 15 years. Door County is a magical place full of beauty in so many forms. It is surrounded by two big bodies of water, the Bay of Green Bay and the Great Lake of Michigan. These two meet up Nort at Death's DoorDotted with Islands north accessible only by Ferry to Washington and passenger ferry to the farthest fetch of Rock Island. These Islands are all part of the Niagra Escarpment which runs down the entire county with vast Bluff views overlooking the "Bayside" of Green Bay.
Once the weather turns cold and all the leaves fall off the trees, he's off to Lake Tahoe on the north shore where he enjoys the Sierra Snow.
